Tarsus Waterfall
It is over Berdan (Kydnos) River, in the north of county town of Tarsus. Water of river gives rise to the waterfall by pouring from a height of 4- 5 m in this section of the Berdan River. The area which the waterfall is located in was used as necropolis (cemetery) in the Roman Period.
The tombs which were made by caving into the rocks that had structure of conglomerate in the area where the waterfall is located, has been badly damaged after they arose under level of the river flow.
